Canadian keynote speaker Helen Wilkie

Get to Grips with Grammar!

This program was originally created at a client's request for a group of support staff, and this continues to be its audience in most cases. However, in the course of presenting numerous writing workshops, Helen discovered that many other people have issues with grammar, and she also found a willingness to learn about it. In some cases, support staff have raved about the program so much that sessions have been arranged for managers and professional staff.

Since grammar is such a wide subject, it is impossible to cover the rules in detail in a short program—and such detail would probably not be welcomed by most participants in any case! Instead, Helen takes a non-technical approach, illustrating the principles through example, and also concentrating on the most common grammatical problem areas.
