What is a teleseminar?

Teleseminars—the easiest, most convenient way to learn without leaving your home or office!

No flying out of town at great expense to attend workshops. No dressing up. No using half a day to get to a one-hour session. Just listen at your desk—or at home in your jammies!

No wonder the teleseminar is one of the most popular learning formats today. You don't even need a computer—just a telephone and you're set to go!

Helen Wilkie is now conducting teleseminars to help individuals meet specific communication-based workplace challenges. Subjects range from interviewing to conducting meetings, writing, making presentations, networking and more. In some cases, she interviews a guest expert, while in most cases Helen facilitates the session herself.

Each session lasts one hour, and each one is recorded. So if you can't make it to the live session, you can order the CD. Why not do both—listen live and then use the CD to study the subject again whenever you need it? Sessions are usually held on a Thursday evening at 7 p.m. Eastern Time. (To find out what time that is in your part of the world, visit http://www.timeanddate.com)

By the way, if there's a workplace topic you'd like Helen to address in a future teleseminar, drop her a line at hwilkie@mhwcom.com and let her know. She wants these teleseminars to deal with subjects you really need to know about, with information and techniques you can use right away in the course of your work. If the subject is outside her area of expertise, she'll invite a guest expert to the session so that you get the best possible information.

Now click on the links below for details of upcoming and past teleseminars. Don't forget, if the date is already past you can still order the CD.
