Writing is one of the most important workplace skills. Poor writing skills can hold back careers or damage reputations. Strong writing skills can position individuals, departments or organizations for success. MHW Communications began with a one-day business writing workshop conducted by Helen Wilkie. Over the years, in response to client needs and requests, that original workshop has expanded into an entire collection of business writing programs. Some are short, suitable for either in-house lunch and learn events or conferences, while others are full-length, hands-on workshops. Some cover general business writing, while others are for specific purposes or have a particular slant.
